The one liner seems to be part of the series of teasers for her upcoming new single release ‘Little Less Than a Lover’.

An hour and a half later, Jennie posted another teaser of the cover art for her upcoming new track ‘Less Than a Lover’ to her Instagram feed. Directed by Jennie, written by Jennie, and music by Jennie.

Here are some reactions I saw on my X timeline after the post was uploaded:

First thing me and other fans noticed is the words on the top of the cover artwork.

Once again, looks like Jennie took creative control and involved fully in the making of this MV.

@GENIUS9N also reported that Rubies Portal is not working, which high means that they’re updating stuff on the back end and teasers are probably coming.

@p1nks4vage made a good point about how Jennie’s still managed to shoot a music video in the midst of her current summer festival tour. With the amount of festivals she’s headlining this summer, I’m also surprised that she has the time to shoot the MV during this time period. I first thought that the MV has been shot before her summer festival tour begins.

@jencoholic and @yk2aii pointed out that it looks like the music video was filmed in Girona, Spain, which also served as a filming location for Game of Thrones.

The info about the filming location was then confirmed a couple of hours later when @Heestuff04 shared that she actually saw Jennie shooting there during her vacation and even posted a picture for proof. Others praised her for the fact that she didn’t post the picture in real time and kept it under wrap until Jennie announced her new track. A real fan really for keeping Jennie’s privacy. Hats off to her.
